She is survived by: her husband Cresencio Martinez of Sweetwater, Texas; her children, Mary Rachel Sandoval (Juan) of Sweetwater, TX, Betty Martinez (Gabriel) of Houston, Adriana Martinez of Houston, Mara Zuniga (Benjamin) of Abilene, Cornelio Mendez (Melinda) of Sweetwater, Albert Mendez of Sweetwater and Stephen F. Gamez of Sweetwater, Texas; and her siblings, Sally Pena, Margaret Gonzales, Elena Underwood, Hilaria Torrez, Manuel Gamez, Joe Gamez and Nick Gamez. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
