It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hollis Howard Head (Sweetwater, Texas), who passed away on December 19, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Edna and Ninnie Burks Head Sr.; his wife Alice Louise Smith; and his siblings, Ninnie Head Jr., Nelda Bond, Christine Walker, Cleamtine Wilson and Clarence Head.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Adams (Gary) of Sweetwater and Micheal Head of Weatherford, TX.; his grandchildren, Dustin Head of Brazoria, Tori Rains (Joshua) of Hawley and Tristen Adams (Alana) of Abilene; his great grandchildren, Kyler Head, Harrison Rains and Mason Rains; and his brother Dalton Head (Diana) of Buffalo Gap.
