She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Boyd and Vesta Boyd (J. C. Flippo); her stepchildren, Donald Flippo and Mary Bailey; her sister Betty Boyd Sampley; and her brother-in-law A. H. Sampley (Carrol Hodges).
She is survived by: her nephew Boyd Earl Sampley (Roxanne); her niece Norma Kaye Sampley Neves (Greg); her stepson Bill Flippo (William); and her stepgrandchildren, Daren Flippo (Jennifer), Dawn Vincent (Britt), Douglas Flippo (Donna), Diane Calcote (Scott) and Patsy Dacus.
