She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Pennell and Mazelle Pennell (Poe); her husband James Oran Doggett; and her siblings, Charles Pennell and Lomita McDonnell.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Doggett (Jill) of Sweetwater, TX, Ann Connolly (Benny) of Denver City, TX and Chris Carr (Terry) of Sweetwater, TX; and her sister Alice Whitley (Benny) of Sweetwater, TX. She is also survived by five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and fourteen great great grandchildren.
