She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Freddie Rasberry (Fred); her parents, C. W. Head and Opal Marie Horton; her stepdaughter Jeannie Rasberry Whitsell; her stepsiblings, Clint Head and Kim Davis; her stepchildren, Rachel Halstead of Abilene and Rowdy Rasberry (Vicky) of Roby; and her siblings, Doris (Sam Harvey) of Sweetwater, Winford, Bonnie Head of Granbury, Sherene (Warren Templet) of Roby, Teddy, Shellie Head of Victoria, Kenny Head of Abilene, Kelly (Raul Espinosa) of Abilene and Shanna (Randy Zelner). She was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, one of Celia's favorite charities.
