She was predeceased by: her parents, Lura Simpson and Lolly Simpson; her husband Cecil McIntire; her son-in-law Don Cheek; her grandsons, Jason Cheek and Toby Nash; and her siblings, Bill Simpson, Virginia Hardrick and Judy Bates.
She is survived by: her children, Carrol, Linda Kubala (Donnie) of Roscoe, Judy Kinsey (Ronny) of Sweetwater, Vickie Cheek of Lake Dallas, Jeanie Walker (Jamie) of New Braunfels and Allan McIntire (Debbie) of Roscoe; her grandchildren, Clay Burns of Roscoe, Melissa Cheek of Denton, Tommy Nash (Betsy) of Hoschton, Georgia, Jessica Dahl (Robert) of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Jarred Walker (Dana) of Stephenville, Justin Walker of Waco and Katie McIntire of Abilene; and her brother Tex Simpson (Mary) of Princess Anne, Maryland.. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
