He is survived by: his wife Jazmeen Banda Martinez of Sweetwater; his children, Sefira Cortez of Rhya Martinez, Arian Martinez, Donovan Martinez and Malachi Martinez; his parents, Mary Rachel Sandoval (Juan) of Sweetwater, Texas and Elias Martinez of Sweetwater; his brothers, Christopher Martinez, Tino Martinez, Cesar Martinez and Christian Martinez; his grandparents, Isabel Martinez of Sweetwater and Francisca Martinez Lara of Mexico; his nieces, Alexis and Madison Martinez; and his nephew Cesar Martinez, Jr.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces.
