He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Raymond; his wife Leatrice Joy Keener (Armstrong); his siblings, Jean Beth Boren and Grant Keener (Benita); his sons, Bill Keener (Sandy) and David Keener (Tina); his grandsons, Alex Keener (Catherine), Grant H. Keener and Blake Keener (Monica); and his great grandchildren, Hunter Keener, Brelynn Keener, Zak Schulz, Jackson Keener and Blakely Keener.
The church has requested that appropriate measures should be observed in consideration of the COVID guidelines, including mask and social distancing when appropriate.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to First United Methodist Church, Sweeny, Tx or American Heart Association or to the charity of ones choosing.
