He is survived by: his children, William Alfred Orr III, Clayton Redding Orr (Lisa) and Cheryl Marie Orr; his siblings, Noel Jay Orr, Doyle David Orr (Debbie), Delores Brauer, Noma Laughlin, Deanna Cundall (Ken) and Kitty Chase (Max); his grandchildren, Colton Redding Orr, Brittany Elaine Orr, Christian Redding Orr, Canaan Redding Orr, Jessica Lynn Greak (Joshua) and Jacobi Judd Orr; and his great grandchildren, Gracie Nicole Orr, Jase Redding Orr, Abbott James Orr and Camden Ray Orr.
