He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Taylor and Marie Taylor (Rosenthal); and his sisters, Cynthia Robbins (Johnny) and Karen Fifield. He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bobbie" Taylor; his children, Ray Sherwood (Cheryl) of Chester, Pennsylvania and Shannon Matejka (Frankie) of Hitchcock; and his grandchildren, Tanner Matejka (Megan), Kailey Matejka, Halley Sherwood, Sydney Sherwood, Meredith Sherwood and Liam Sherwood.
