He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabel Ramirez and Agustina Hernandez; his son Rafael Ramirez, Jr.; and his brother Apolinar Martinez. He is survived by: his children, Ricardo Ramirez of Woodville, TX, Maria Espinoza (Salomon) of Jones Creek and Chief Master Sargent Suzanne; his sister Cipriana Ortega of Donna, TX; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Espinoza and Miranda Ramirez. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
