He is survived by: his wife Monetta Lee Hubbard; his sons, Philip Jr. (Donna), Paul David (Kelly) and Mark Alan (Evette); his grandchildren, Matthew Gregurek (Tabitha), Christopher Gregurek (Stephanie), Jayson Gregurek (Jessica), Yvonne McKnight (Brandon), David Lee Gregurek, Jeremy Yearout (Samantha), Chais Yearout (Liz), Julia Stock, Cody Filipp and Cord Filipp; and his great grandchildren, Zachary Philip Gregurek, Bradley Gregurek, Laynee Gregurek, Wyatt Gregurek, Connor Gregurek, Dakota Gregurek, Harper Gregurek, Damon McKnight, Emma Yearout and Ella Yearout.
