He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Averil Manck and Mary Lee Manck; his wife Mary Bell Manck; and his great grandchild Jacob Anthony Manck, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Paul Manck, Jr., Stephen Manck and Michelle Monmouth; and his brother John Manck. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
