He is survived by: his wife Sally Finley of Sweeny; his children, Mitchell Finley of Sweeny, Marshal Finley, Jr. (Lisa) of Sweeny, Tommy Finley (Sheri) of Sweeny and Elizabeth Vincent (Dallas) of Richwood; his siblings, Vivian Ross of Scott, LA, Johnny Finley (Charlene) of Sweeny, Norman Finley (Brenda) of Sweeny and Kenneth Finley (Joyce) of Brazoria; his grandchildren, Danica Johnson (Justin), Paige Gilbert (Andy), Brandon Finley, Kelton Finley, Hailee Finley, Kadin Finley, Konner Finley and Logan Vincent; and his great grandchildren, Reagan Johnson and Luke Johnson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
