Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Marilyn Simpson of Sweeny, Texas, born in Guymon, Oklahoma, who passed away at the age of 74, on January 14, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Pete Pierce and Audra Pierce (McNee) of Konawa; and her brother Raymond Pierce of Konawa, Oklahoma.. She is survived by: her husband Richard Simpson; her sons, Blake (Cherie Simpson) of Mico, TX and Brett Simpson of Lake Jackson, TX; her grandchildren, Shelby Tresten (Houston), Chandler Hine (San Antonio), Jake Simpson (Lake Jackson) and Max Simpson (Lake Jackson); and her brother Russel Pierce of Konawa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, it was Marilyn's wish that donations be made to the Animal SPCA of Brazoria County in Lake Jackson, Texas.
