He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Raymond Gimeson, Sr. and Anna Belle Gimeson; his daughter Carla Rae Gimeson; his siblings, Dean Melvin Gimeson, Glen Robert Gimeson, Donald Neil Gimeson, Otis Raymond Gimeson, Jr., Edna May (Olson), Edith Elinora (Bunch) and Marion Diana Gimeson (Remond); his grandsons, Sammy Ray Hays, Jr. and Michael Terry; and his great great grandchild Kinsley Hurst.
He is survived by: his children, Leo Vern Gimeson, Jr. of Lake Jackson, Walter Terrance Morris of Arkansas, Marianne Hall of Ohio, Lila JoAnne Harwell of Brazoria and Linda Cheryl Hays of Sweeny. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
