He is survived by: his sons-in-law, Bruce King and Jamie DeWitt; his wife Carla Hodges; his children, Shan Hodges, Amy King (Bruce), Wade Hodges and Erin DeWitt (Jamie); his grandchildren, Nick King (Stephanie), Braden King, Emily Vandergust and Layla DeWitt; his great grandchildren, Carly King and Carter King; his stepchildren, Jessica Mooney and Tom Mooney; and his stepgrandchildren, Ashley Mooney, Gavin Williams, Kanaan Mooney, Guage Coker and Blaize Coker.
