He was predeceased by: his wife Jurehee Shannon; his parents, Grover Richard Shannon Sr. and Evelyne Morgan Shannon; and his daughter Gina Sanderson. He is survived by: his daughter Deb Kilgore (Jim Kilgore); his brother Bill Shannon (Bette); his son-in-law Glenn Sanderson; his granddaughters, Kristi Brasel and Amy Alford; his grandsons-in-law, Trevor Brasel and Barry Alford; and also, Sydney, Lance Brasel, Lucas and Eli Alford.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to New Shores Church as a tribute to Dick's enduring commitment to his faith community.
