It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Lopez (Sweeny, Texas), born in Bay City, Texas, who passed away on January 21, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Maria Gutierrez; his stepfather Jose P. Gutierrez; his father Augustine Lopez; his sister Mary Jane Lopez; and his close friend Diana Garcia.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Alford (Stephen) of Sweeny, Coleman Pollock (Dakotta) and Dillon Pollock; his siblings, Martha Browning of San Antonio, Gloria Moore (David), Rosa Stewart, Alice Vallejo (Adam) of Mathis, Vicky Gutierrez (Paul, Maria Alicia), Maria Antonia Campos (Ray), Joe Gutierrez of Sweeny and Michael Gutierrez (Melissa) of Apple Valley, Minnesota; his former wives, Cathy Lopez and Susan Pollock; and his grandchildren, Breyton Scott, Kynnadi Pollock, Joan Pollock, Aurora Ruhr and Faith Rucker. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
