He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lacy Raynor and Rebecca Coleman Raynor; his significant other Elizabeth Calvert; and his sister Bettye Ann Brock. He is survived by: his children, Frank Lewis Raynor (Connie), Carolynn Dowlen (Patrick), Gus Raynor (Joan) and Peter Raynor (Carol); his grandchildren, Coleman Raynor (Tony), Ray Allen Ballard, Janna Ballard, Clinton Raynor, Mandy Castro (BJ), Lauren Willard (Cory), Chad Raynor (Tori), Heath Raynor (Heather) and Nathan Dowlen (Alyssa); his great grandchildren, Ashley Cissna (Wyatt), Tyler Fortenberry, Carson Willard, Luke Castro, Carleigh Willard, Colton Castro, Hayes Raynor, Chanie Willard, Hartlee Raynor and Harris Raynor; and his great great grandchild Layla Cissna.
