She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Burge and Dora Burge; her parents-in-law, Roy and Vivian Smith; her siblings, Eva Mae Burge, Oran Burge, Pearli Burge, Charles Burge Jr., Earl Burge (Martha), Ina Mae Porter (Kenneth), Rella Stains (Don), Milton Burge (Zoe), Alvin Burge (Billie), Deloris Higgins (Joe) and Larry Burge; her brother-in-law Gary Smith; her granddaughter Tristan Michelle Springer; her great grandchild James Ray Hendricks; her grandson Brian Smith; and her nephews, Lee Kempf and David Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Freddie Smith; her children, Tammie Holder (Joey) of Needville, Barry Smith (Vicki) of Colorado Springs and Dale Smith (Pat) of Angleton; her grandchildren, Tonya McLennan (James) of Edna, Sharon Cavasos of Rosenberg, Sherrie Storey (Andrew) of Colorado Springs, Steven Smith (Miranda) of Danbury, Wynn Smith (Jennifer) of Angleton and Ashley Villarreal (Ryan) of Angleton; her great grandchildren, Cayden, Audrey, Isis, Cody, Emma, Lane, Levi, Camden, Kyra, Kaylie, Landon, Ava and Rylo; her sisters, Betty Kempf of Midland and Sandy Roe (Ken) of Springtown; her sister-in-law Sandy Smith of Sweeny; her niece Lisa Smith; and her children-in-law, Pat Smith and Joey Holder.
