He was predeceased by: his parents, Duard Justice and Louise Neumans Justice; his siblings, Duard Justice, Jr., Glen Justice and Patsy Zenker; his daughter Sherry Donatto; and his grandson Jason Rainey.
He is survived by: his wife Jessie Mae Ferguson Justice; his daughters, Deborah Rainey (Larry) and Cindy Chirino (Robert); his siblings, Christine Brookes, Maryann Starns and Donald Justice; his grandchildren, Nickie Ashley, Heith Rainey, Kari Rainey and Robbie Chirino; his great grandchildren, Chad Ashley, Danielle Ashley, Laurien Ulrich, Tyler Perez, Jessica Pilat, Madilynn Perez, Josh Rainey, Brodie Perez and Christine Rainey; and his great great grandchildren, Parker Pilat and Laikyn Ulrich.
