He is survived by: his children, William David Smith (Paula Smith), Dwight Coaker (Kathy Coaker), John Coaker (Cheryl Coaker), Kenneth Coaker (Nancy Coaker) and Deborah Nitschke (Kurt Nitschke). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
