He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Wiggins and Mary Gandy Wiggins; and his son Tim Bittner. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Wiggins; his children, Bonita Stell (David), Tina Kelly (Billy), David E. Wiggins (Sandra), Beth Roberson (Gary) and Mark Bittner (Tonya); his daughter-in-law D. J. Bittner (Jeff); his sister Marilyn Mills (Skipper); and his pet Bruno. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren.
