She was predeceased by: her parents, Geraldine "Gigi" VonCannon and Curtis "Poppy" VonCannon Sr.; her brothers, Laurence "Larry" VonCannon and Curtis "Bud" VonCannon Jr.; her grandparents, Harlan, Eula Mae Cottrell, Fred and Frankie VonCannon; her aunt Mattie Priest; and her grandsons, Phillip Brigance and Beau Maraist.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Brigance of Sweeny, TX, Russell Brigance (Debbie) of Brazoria, TX and Kevin Brigance (Kelly) of Brazoria, TX; her sister-in-law Barabara VonCannon of West Columbia, TX; her grandchildren, Stephany Miller (Michael) of Sweeny, TX, Jessica Rangel (Matt) of Caldwell, TX, Jill Charanza (Aaron) of Rogers, TX, Bailey Brigance of Brazoria, TX and Jacob Brigance (Meghan) of Brazoria, TX.; her great grandchildren, Madison Albair, Shelby Miller, Rian Charanza, Bella, Matti Rangel, Kaden Rangel, Christopher Albair, Coy Miller, Branson, Bostyn and Brixtyn Charanza; and her great great grandchild Parker Groze.
She didn't stay retired too long and ended up substituting almost every day until Covid hit in 2020.
