He was predeceased by: his parents, Venita Howard (Goff) and Bennie Lee Howard; and his brother Frank Howard. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Howard Isbell (Randall) of Arenas Valley, NM, LaVeda Howard Kernek (Jon Alan) of Sunset, TX, Beth Howard of Bayard, NM and Bennie Earl Howard (Zona) of Battle Ground, WA.; and his nieces and nephews, Darla Cordell, Stacie Booth, Tina Howard, Shawna Rogers, Crystal White, Nora McCullough, Christy Dawn Reader, Brian Songer, Aaron Kernek, Chantry Howard, BJ Howard and Jay Rogers.
