He is survived by: his wife Lucinda Areli Rivera; his siblings, David Santiago Rivera, Samson Michaelangelo Rivera, Anna Marie Rivera (Patrick Winningham) and John James Rivera; and his grandchildren, Eugenio Rivera, Anthony Rivera, Lynn Johnson, Maria Bannon and Geraldo Rivera. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
