He was predeceased by: his father Joe Saenz. He is survived by: his mother Mary Saenz; his wife Miroslava; his children, Joseph Charles (Jordan), Samantha Michelle (Juan), Ashley Lynn and Stephanie Nichole; his grandchildren, John Michael and Olivia; and his sister Linda Sanderson (Tim).
