She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Ray Fowler and Arnice Fowler (Crowley); and her sister Brenda Joyce Fowler. She is survived by: her husband Donald Skinner; her brother Kenneth Fowler of Bowie, TX; her children, Mark Passmore (Fonda) of Enid, OK, Jeremy Skinner (Emily), Tonia Robertson and Sonia Skinner of Enid, OK; her grandchildren, Cody Passmore, April Slowik, Misty Skinner, Shane Clapp, Trey Tyson, Bryson Skinner, Brooke Skinner and Ethan Skinner; and her great grandchildren, Nathan Skinner, Alyna Skinner, Ava Cook, Wyatt Miller and Waylon Clapp. She is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
