She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Shockey and Ramona Shockey; her son Joseph "Jody" Conrad; and her husband Joe W. Conrad. She is survived by: her daughters, Candace Elliott (Neil) and Cindy Butler (Robert); her grandchildren, Cory, Andrew, Stephen, Madeline, Isabella and William; her great grandchild Jade Elyse; and her grandchildren, MoMo and But. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
