He is survived by: his wife Roberta Johnson; his daughters, Kim Dalmau, Heidi Johnson Rodriquez and Tamiko Thomas; his sons-in-law, Fernando Dalmau, Rudy Rodriquez and Brian Thomas; his grandchildren, Noah, Sammy Dalmau, Mika, Abigail Rodriquez, Finn, Zeph and Beck Thomas; and his siblings, Jay Johnson and Donna Peavy.
