Bowen (Sunray, Texas), born in Atoka, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 26, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ernest and Sarah Ellen Bowen (Weathers); and his sister Faye McDonald of Kimble. He is survived by: his wife Louella; his children, James Ray (Christi) of Arlington, TX and Belinda Gay Bowen of Lubbock, TX; his grandchildren, Brandi Bowen of Buchanan, Lindsay Kay Rockafellow of Lubbock and Dusty Parker (Brittney) of Arlington, TX; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa Bowen, Shay Bowen of Buchanan, VA and Timothy Keese of Lubbock.
