He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Lackey; and his sons, Joshua Lackey and Dale Korn. He is survived by: his mother Daphne Ann Lackey (Byrd); his siblings, Pam Scroggins (Roger) of Dumas, TX, Brenda Wingo (Tom) of Sunray, TX, Wynon Martinez of Lubbock, TX and Monte Lackey (Donna) of Pampa, TX; and his daughter Krystal Woodward (Casey) of Parsons, KS. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
