She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Currin and Rogene Currin; her husband Gene Wait; and her children, James Arey and Vicki Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Gallegos of Mesquite; and her sister Ann Williams of McKinney. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
