He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bruce. He is survived by: his parents, Brandon Couch (Jenifer) and Jessica Crawford (Alan); his siblings, Madison Couch, Kendall Couch, Josie Couch and Sawyer Smith; his grandparents, Lisa Couch, Rick and Sandra Wilson; his great-grandparents, Joan Oehlschlaeger and Joanne Yandell; and his pet Jackz. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
