She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Templeton and Effie J. Stout Templeton. She is survived by: her daughters, Nealette Zimmerman, Jayne Blakey and Helen Mattingly. She is also survived by five granddaughters, one grandson and twelve great grandchildren.
