It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Rupard (Sunnyvale, Texas), who passed away on December 28, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Rupard and Gertrude Smith Rupard; and his sister Peggy Joyce Neal. He is survived by: his wife Patsy J. Ansley Rupard; his son Mark Allen Rupard (Dedra Rupard); his grandson Brady Andrew Rupard; and his great-niece Christina Bates. He is also survived by his 12 nieces and nephews, and 18 great nieces.
