He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Fullen; his children, Vickie (Jack Smith Jr.), Rick (Melinda Fullen), Tony Fullen and Melissa Burge (Jeffery Stanley); and his siblings, Carole Hale, Laverne, Waylon Pierce, Laura Wilson, Jerry Fullen, Deana and Roland Whitaker. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
