With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jessie Tennyson of Sundown, Texas, born in Iraan, Texas, who passed away on May 4, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Tennison and Ophelia Hawkins Tennison; his children, Bill Tennyson and Sande Shaw; his granddaughter Ami Thompson; and his siblings, Ray, Clara Gilbert and June Smetak.
He is survived by: his wife Jo; his daughters, Linda Timmons of Georgia and Sherry of Sundown; his grandchildren, Dusty Dyer, Wendy Shaw, Billy Tennyson, Clifton, Jesse, Joseph Shaw, David, Bryan and Michel Brown; his son-in-law James Shaw; and his grandsons, Justin Dyer and Grayson Jenkins. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Levelland Interim Healthcare Hospice.
