He was predeceased by: his wife Rose; his former wife Olga Rios; his daughter Sheila Forkner (Terry); his grandson Kenny Forkner; and his siblings, Frank (Millie) and Joan McDonald (Kenneth).
He is survived by: his granddaughter Sheila; his sister Janice Heath (Earl) of Montgomery Alabama; his children, Michael Ormsbee (Jenna) of Sumner Texas, Nancy Duecker (Don) of Fredericksburg Texas, Tony Ormsbee (Virginia) of Franklin Texas, Scott Ormsbee (Samantha) of Dickinson Texas, Jeannie Harvey (Coyle) of Lubbock Texas and Patty Wakefield (Ernie) of Lawton Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Kurt, Jonathan, Danny, Darren, Anthony, Willie, Mykel, Shelby, Mikka, Wesley, Valerie, Coyle, Spenser, Gracie, Katarina and Carolyn; and his friend Rose. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and a few great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a donation to Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church or the Paris Junior College Memorial Foundation will be appreciated if so desired.
