He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Eugene Benham and Mary Opal Hood Benham; his son Jason Todd Benham; and his siblings, Gay Lee Benham Logan and Johnnie Benham.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Benham; his daughter Jill Benham Sugg (Marty) of Pattonville; his granddaughters, Kayli and Amber; his great grandchildren, Colten, Ryder and Brylie; his great great grandchild Kamdyn; his niece Belinda Benham Pavageau (Dennis); and his nephews, Ronnie Benham (Tanya), Ricky Logan (Julie) and Kenny Logan (Marilyn).
