He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard Fendley and Nina Hulsey Fendley; his son Ricky Fendley; and his brother Richard Fendley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Freeman Fendley; his children, Nicki Brown and Jimmy Fendley (Lara); his grandchildren, Brittany Roberts (David), Ashley Stumpf (Zac), Balee Brown, Colt Fendley, Tyler Akard and Jacob Akard; his great grandchildren, Rustyn Roberts, Quinn Akard and Chase Stumpf; and his siblings, Stanley Fendley and Suzanne McFarland.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Forest Chapel Cemetery (5475 FM 197, Arthur City, TX 75411).
