He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Joseph Williams and Ava Lou Staggs; his wife Juanita Williams; his grandson Bobby Ray Kearney Jr.; his great grandchild Kortney Noel Kearney; his son-in-law Dennis Lee James; and his siblings, Odell Williams, Geraldine McBride and Tommye Lou Drewry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tanna (Bob Kearney), Donna James, Johna (Lindy Shipley) and Angela (Keith Edwards); his grandchildren, Johnny Kearney (Tammy), Jesse James (Dawna), Ashley McCracken (Justin), Cassie Davis (Justin), Pacen Edwards (Camdyn) and Jace Burchfield; his great grandchildren, Kolter Kearney (Courtney), Montanna Miller (Wesley), Kutter Kearney, Jordyn Pennington (Anthony), Madelyn Leach (Tom), Emily James (Dylan), John Marcus James, Jaylon Saxon, Jordan Saxon, Kenadi McCracken, Sophie Saxon, Max McCracken, Cheyenne Fouse, Chloe Cameron, Bailey Davis, Malorey Davis, Emalee Davis and Samuel Davis; his great great grandchildren, Wyatt Kearney, Dax Miller, Henley Miller, Rowley Pennington, Reece Pennington and Brynlie Swann; and his sisters, Janelle Rowland and Sue Anderson.
