Wanda (Loyd) Skaggs Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda (Loyd) Skaggs of Sulphur Springs, Texas, who passed away on December 16, 2024 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wanda (Loyd) Skaggs to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Loyd and Jeraldine Loyd (Freeman); her spouse W. L. "Bill" Skaggs; and her great grandchild Sawyer Chamness. She is survived by: her children, Paula Garrett (Wayne), Cindy Dodd (Darrell) and Chuck Skaggs; her grandchildren, Shannon Dodd, Bridget Clower, Brandon Price, Erika Garrett, Amber Weaver, Jessica McInnis, Ashley Reppond, Dusty Dodd, Lindsay Chamness and Chase Skaggs; and her sister Margie Gordillo. She is also survived by twenty-one great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Murray - Orwosky Funeral Home (876 Wildcat Way, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the South Liberty Cemetery (1546 Houston St, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482).
