She is survived by: her husband James Skaggs; her children, Sharon Ottmo, Catherine Smith (Michael) and Andrew Trout, Jr. (Debbie); her grandchildren, Tracy Kizer, Carla Lee, Jason Trout, Daniel Flemens, Christopher Trout, Carmen Abbott, Chrystal Vargas and Ryan Trout; her stepchildren, Maggie Foster (Glen), Gerald Skaggs (Diane) and Sheldon Skaggs; and her stepgrandchildren, Ashley Foster, Sarah Foster, Jennifer Foster and Ashley Skaggs.
