He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earnie and Mae Ellen Hill Sweeden, Sr.; and his siblings, Henry Lee Sweeden, Aubrey Lee Sweeden, Jessie Sweeden, Carolyn June Sweeden and Melba Louise Sweeden.
He is survived by: his siblings, William Earnie Sweeden, Jr. of Columbus, Ferrell Franklin Sweeden (Mary Jo) of Arlington, Sherry Pace of Alba, Linda Mae Phillips (James) of Alba and Beverly Kay Phillips (Jimmy) of Alba; and his sister-in-law Ginger Sweeden of Alba. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
