He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee and Brenda Lou Burton (Hawkins); his brothers, Keith Anderson, David Kallenberger and Richard Burton Jr.; and his granddaughter Eathan Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Tonya Rushing; his stepson Adam Martin; his grandchildren, Lacie Martin and Trey Martin; and his siblings, Kimberly Hanson (Steve), Crystalee Schulz (Timothy), Luann Reihle (Ted) and Robert Burton (Alison). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
