Terry Nelson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Nelson of Sulphur Springs, Texas, born in Antlers, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 24, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Nelson and Opal Dobbs Nelson; his siblings, Pete Nelson, Leroy Nelson, Jake Ray Nelson and Dorothy Fleming; and his grandson Mason Doss.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Nelson; his daughters, Heather Gaines (Andrew) and Haley Harrelson (Jason); his sister JoNell Burgess; his grandchildren, Braden Von Reyen (Corey), Lexi Gaines, Brooklyn Harrelson and Kennedy Harrelson; and his great grandchildren, Braxton, Greyson and Aiden Von Reyen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, his final wishes were for his family and friends to donate to a children's cancer foundation such as St. Jude's or to spend quality time with those that are in need.
