He was predeceased by: his father James Richard; his wife Venita Gibby (Gibby); his father J. R. Hinkle (Clifton); his daughter Marsha Womack; and his sister Cynthia Hinkle.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tamara Stewart (Mike) and Darla Baldridge (Jeff Coleman); his brother Jerry Hinkle; his nephew Rick Hinkle; his grandchildren, Brandon Baldridge and Lori Pope (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Cheyenne Pope, Kason Pope and Elliott Pope. He is also survived by his family and loved his daughter's and those grandchildren.
