He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Dewayne and Pauline Case; and his brother Ralph Case. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Case of Sulphur Springs; his children, Anthony Case (Robin) of Sulphur Springs, Crystal Hull (Jesse) of Sulphur Springs and Debbie Chaney (Darian) of Sulphur Springs; his siblings, Michael Case (Danielle), Joyce Furnell (David) and Brenda Case; and his grandchildren, Brittany Covington (Matt), Jordan Chaney, Brianna Chaney, Jarian Chaney, Maddie Maynard, Eric Sims, Erin Sims, Randuhn Lawrence, Bailey Case, Alexis Case, Alexander Bayless and Charlie Bayless. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, six sisters-in-law, and one brother-in-law.
